Hear this and know: You are not behind.
You are not behind in your marketing. You are not behind in your earnings. You are not behind with modules from a course you bought.
You are, in fact, exactly where you need to be.
A common Ego accusation that plays in female entrepreneurs’ minds is about being behind – as if there’s some type of universal timetable you’re missing out on.
Don’t let your Ego win this battle!
Please keep reading as I break down the “I am behind” bullshit so that you can put this to rest – and continue on your Divine journey.

Not too long ago, one of my Celestial Circle members prefaced a question in our Facebook group with this statement: “I know I am behind…”
Almost immediately, another Celestial Circle member consoled her with this comment: “Don’t worry. I am behind too.”
The next day (and I am not exaggerating here), one of Celestial Changemakers posted in our course Facebook group: “I am so behind but I am catching up.”
Three different women. Three different businesses. But one singular feeling: The feeling of being behind.
You are not behind
Behind is a proposition indicating your position to something else. You can drive behind a bus in traffic. You can walk behind your dog when you take her out. You can stand behind someone at Wal-Mart.
These are all objects – a bus, your dog, a customer. You can absolutely be behind them.
But you can’t be behind intangible things, such as time. That means you can’t be behind in your marketing implementation, or a module, or your Christmas list.
You can’t be behind time, ever. Why? Because you create time.
You are exactly where you need to be
If you are creating time, that means you are exactly where you need to be.
Learning about Facebook advertising now? Divine timing. Reaching out to a sales prospect after a month or two? Divine timing. Watching a module from your mentor that was released three months ago? You guessed it – divine timing.
Your Ego loves to make you feel rushed
Your Ego knows how to push your buttons, and most women have a particular button in common – time scarcity.
It’s like we are trying to beat a clock tower somewhere. Where does this clock tower exist? No one knows, but the Ego blasts its second hand in our head like a bomb about to go off.
It’s a farce. This clock doesn’t exist. You made it up in your head, thanks to your Ego.
In fact, your Ego has already lined up the next thing to accuse you of being behind on. That way, when you finish Project A, it’ll chime in with “but you’re still behind in Project B.”
What an endless cycle! Your Ego is relentless in keeping you from playing a bigger game, and it knows if it can keep saying “you are behind,” it will stop you completely.
Here’s what to do when you feel like you’re behind
I get a feeling in my chest when these “deadlines” and “should-have-been-done” feelings creep up. My chest gets a heavy feeling that radiates up to my throat.
When you’re feeling behind, find out where in your body you feel it. And then figure out which chakra you’re triggering. Get those chakras in balance, and it will help tremendously.
I also recommend repeating an affirmation – something like, “I am exactly where I need to be, doing exactly what I need to do.”
Finally, forgive yourself for all those times when you felt like you missed a deadline or fell behind. EFT (tapping) helps with this a lot. You are human, after all.
Female entrepreneurs, it’s important to stop feeling that you are behind. Beat back Mr. Ego with the truth: You are not behind. You are in charge of your time. And you are exactly where you need to be.
